Meet with one of the founders and really enjoyed out conversation. His vision of the culture and business that he is building is clear and refreshing (also, very ambitious!). In the new talent landscape companies will need to break away from the "well, this is how we have always done it" it sounds like Talentoso is looking to build that. It was mostly a conversation that lasted about 45minutes before we even got to my background and how I could add value. To be honest it was nice to have some context around the company vison before I had to force some stock answer of why I am a great employee. You would be surprised how many companies forget that, even at a sr. level. I think it went well and expect to take next steps soon
