Zoom interview with Steve (the owner) who was great in the initial interview. Promised to get back to me. I followed up a week later and he said he was still interviewing. I followed up again a week later and then he ghosted me. Never replied, never told me sorry we are proceeding with other candidates, but stopped replying.
