Seemed normal. They set a screening time to talk about the position and my background. I get a call an hour early and its AI on the other end. Not only were they unable to answer any questions about the job, they dropped the call, then no way to call back. I had to text with their AI to get their AI to call me back. Very unprofessional and leaves a very not pleasant taste.
