Not very transparent, questions asked is quite simple but it can take over ages. For my case it took over few months and suddenly they come with generic rejection. They themselves are not clear which attributes they are looking from the candidates at least in India. The situation interview questions are also pretty simple and if you are working in different technology they might not understand your architectural representation - overall very clumsy process.
