I applied for the position and emailed the manager that I was told about through a friend. I got invited to come in for an interview within a few days after applying via the confirmation of the HR person. I came in on the day on and walked to the manager's office. Sat down with him and he asked me maybe five questions. I asked him my five questions in return and then he showed me around the premises. He offered me the position via email within 48 hours of my interview.
