Got the Recruiter screening call first and it was followed by a call with HM. HM asked about background and some scenario questions. Was told that there would be panel interviews after it. Didn’t hear things back after it.

Walk through your resume and why you are interested in this position.
After being considered for a couple of different roles at Takeda this year, I'm convinced their management is really questionable. Do the hiring managers even know what they're looking for in a candidate? Its as if they hold a checklist in front of them and if the candidate's experience and skills don't check every single box, then he/she is no longer viable. It seems to me they don't know and/or understand how to critically think about a candidate's skills and experience that are transferable and clearly relevant. It's as if they're myopic. Perhaps this is the case in my experience. Or does it just boil down to the chosen candidates were people the hiring manager knew. Either way...management at this company raises questions.

Are you familiar with Microsoft Office?
(NOTE: I've been in the workforce 15+ years as a PM/PM at the Director level as well as an OE and Comms Manager...all clearly spelled out in my resume as well as the software packages I've worked with.)

It was a great process. I met with the recruiter shortly after I applied. It was followed by the manager then a follow-up panel interview with team members. It was very fast and straight-forward.
