In total there are three interviews, i.e. technical interview, interview with head of department and final on site interview. The arrangement of interviews were supper efficient. The recruiter did very good job, The people I have met are very nice. After the on-site interview i was told to get an answer within 14 days. About 10 days later i received a call telling me that I succeed to go to the next step and going to call me next week. The week after I called back on Friday to ask the situation. They told me they will hire me and it is the only matter of signatures. On Monday, they call me back said one of the manager is on vacation so I need to wait for two weeks. And confirmed with me it is only the matter of signatures. After two weeks I called them back, they told me the head is super busy. Two weeks later I received a call said they picked another candidate. The total waiting time was one month and a week.
