An insulting and long interview process. I enjoyed my interviews with members of the direct team, but the whole process took about 2 months and went from good to bad. I was told I passed technical panel rounds, but then the final exec round was unpleasant and confusing. The interviewer walked through my barebones Linkedin profile instead of my resume and asked things like "how do I know you're good?" while also cutting me off from my answers and showing no interest in having a conversation with me. When I asked for feedback after receiving my rejection, I was told at first I was rejected because I hadn't used the product, but then also was told the team thought would fit a more junior role (I have 10 years of experience in the space). Overall I feel like I dodged a bullet.
