I really enjoyed all the interview process with Tails. First of all, I really liked the job description, it was full of information and by only reading you can feel the culture and the importance that they have with the candidate. And also, as I'm a foreigner it was very important to know that they also recruit people around the world. The whole process was very fast, I applied on Saturday, and on Monday I received an answer for booking the first interview. The first interview was a call with a Lead Software Engineer, he was super kind and it was a great chat. I did a skill challenge that was very fun to do. After the challenge, I did another interview that took two hours and a half. One hour chatting with two software engineers, then another one hour chatting with another two software engineers, and finally I chat with the head of engineering. They were all super kind and patient. It was a great chat, it doesn't feel like we chat for two hours and a half. After that, I got an offer and I was very happy. Because I'm a foreigner we did the visa process and everyone I talked to was very kind and thoughtful. Always answering my questions and worrying about me. I'm very grateful to find such wonderful people and a company with a great culture!

I was approached by the Venquis recruitment agency with a test to complete online. Completed it with a very optimal solution.. waited over a week for a result. Got rejected with no explanation.
