While the people I spoke to were all lovely, the interview process was long and seem designed to get you very invested in working for them by forcing you to invest alot of your time. There were 5 seperate interviews, (2 with hr, 2 with the team I would be working with and 1 with senior exec) and a task. While none were particularly difficult, they only give you the relevant information you need to know when deciding whether to accept an offer after you have already completed all the stages. This was a big red flag to me as it felt like they were trying to influence propective employees using sunk cost fallacy.
