Solve take-home problems that depend on the role which you are applying for. For normal backend are just a simple java coding question and a java scrapping work. For machine learning/data science you are required to implement a machine learning model and explain the choice for the different layers in the model.
First round: do an assignment in three days, type depending on the type of the position that you are applying for, but can do more questions; second round: do an interview.

Phone interview, because of Covid. Past and easy. Just one round. Asked about technical knowledge and past projects. They expected specific skill sets and I am the real fit at that time.
