Entrevista
Quick phone screen and then technical interview with hiring team where I was asked to prepare a presentation and answer their questions on a project they gave me to solve. The questions seemed to be very detailed for an interview. I think they were just trying to get answers to some of their company problems without paying me for the project.
They said they pay less but everyone works 14 hrs a day because it is a startup

Entrevista
It starts with an email from the technical recruiter about the position and if you are interested in a quick interview with them, and after 4 days have a technical interview with the recruiter (questions about your experience, why you want to join, and some behaviour questions) next day you receive a project question to prepare for your answers and send your response and present it in 5 days. The presentation is with the hitting manager and other coworkers that you will work or collaborate with. They ask questions on your solution to the problem. 3 days later you get a call from the recruiter to congratulate you and say they will send you an offer. Received the official offer later 10 days later
