The first interview went extremely well. In the second interview, three individuals were present. Two were engaged and introduced themselves on camera, while the third remained off camera, which created a noticeable contrast in professionalism. Additionally, comments were made indicating that the environment was ‘not really professional,’ along with several remarks that did not align with the level of professionalism that a leader should possess.
I interviewed with 2 different people one week apart. They were both very friendly and informative about the company and the customer service representative position. Waiting on onboarding to finish and hopefully I get to start soon.

Entrevista
it was a long interview process. There were 3 interviews total. One with a HR employee was first just to see if i met general requirements. Second one was with a hiring manager from the department i was applying for. Third was from three of the team leads and one manger so they could see if i would be a good fit. Everyone was very nice and asked very relevant questions witch was nice for a change instead just generic questions.
