Interview process is a bit more challenging than average. After a quick screening call with the recruiter, I met with the hiring manager for an hour long interview. This was a typical interview with questions regarding the position. Next up, was a panel interview that included a presentation. I prepared a 10 min presentation on KPIs I use to measure demand planning progress. This interview was about an hour long as well with very in-depth questions regarding my skills and experience.
