Extremely easy; I pretty much had the job before the interview even started. I got to talk directly to the manager I'd be working under, who was very kind and knew what they were doing.

They called me first and asked if I'm able to work overight and then schedule an interview.
They really need someone to work overnight and the manager only asked 2 very simple questions.
I answered a few basic questions and got offered the job almost immediately. I would say dress business casual for the job interview and ask a few questions back to the interviewer.
