Interviewed with five people. Felt the interviews went very well. Got emails back from my thank you notes That indicated the team was impressed with my background Was told by the recruiter that I was a final candidate heading into the sixth meeting. Got an email from the recruiter telling me that they had gone with another candidate. When I asked for feedback, the recruiter said she didn’t have any and that it was a difficult decision. I emailed the head of the department who was the hiring manager and got no response. Ultimately not the place for me anyway but having a bit more context would have been nice. Felt completely led on. This was a complete waste of my time.
