Talked with manager for like 5 minutes about the job. He then gave brief details and hired me because they were desperate. I asked for more pay and they gave it to me.
You get called into the restaurant and they ask you questions, they ask about experience, working with others and availability, they ask you job specific questions it's like most other companies in fast food
I was offered the job on the spot, but third shift wasn't optimal for me so I ended up declining the position. Friendly manager that was direct about their staffing challenges
