I was contacted the same day and asked to have a video interview with a manager where my petroleum engineering knowledge was tested. The next day I was asked to have another video interview, same day, with another manger.: this one went through my CV and asked about my database experience. 2 days later I was asked to have another video interview, this time with the VP of the region: went through my 'sales'/consultant experiences. I was immediately asked to have another video interview, this time with the COO. It was arranged for a few days later. Simple behavioral questions were asked. I was then invited to an on-site assessment day along with a dinner with the team afterwards, in Houston, which was arranged much later, and took place a month later. The day involved 4 1-hour sessions with members of different departments : research, software etc Mainly probed my experience and asked a few situational questions revolving around data.
