I got this chance by an employee referral. The recruiter contacted me within days. He gave me a take home test coding on js. It's about replacing frequently appeared words with it's frequency on a website. I turned in my code after a week. However, it was Christmas holiday so they are off work in December. So I got this phone interview on January. The interviewer asked me to briefly introduce myself and the projects I've done. Then mostly focus on the technical questions.
