-The interview process was a complete disaster and I could tell that the HR lady was completely disengaged and did not care about the company at all.
-After undergoing an hour long phone interview and another hour and half technical webex interview which I completely nailed I was told that they have decided not to proceed with absolutely no reasoning.
-It took them 4 weeks and 3 different people before they simply said NO.
-They did not get back to me in a timely manner and I had to constantly follow up with them despite them reaching out to me directly to fill the position.
-When asked for a reason as to why they decided to not move forward, no one got back to me...they don't even have the decency to tell you something like we found a better candidate or you did not pass the tech interview, absolutely nothing.
-Absolutely disgusting process.

The hiring process was nice. There was first an interview with a technical recruiter who was extremely personable, kind, and attentive. From there, we were told that we were going to contacted by another person and scheduled for panel interviews

HR People who obviously know ZERO about the Technology that she is hiring for. Just A MAJOR FYI hire HR People that understand Database Technology. It was honestly embarrassing how I literally had to walk my contact through the Tech that (they) were hiring for. The HR process over there is comical.
