Had a good initial screen with the recruiter, but the hiring manager round was a completely different experience. He got on the call and immediately seemed disengaged, cold, and rushing through questions like the decision had already been made before I opened my mouth. Got a generic rejection email two hours later. Reached out to the recruiter for feedback and was completely ghosted. Not a great look for a company's hiring process.
