Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en TYR

      Entrevista

I went through FIVE interviews. 1.) Telephone interview: quick, pretty standard phone interview 2.) Telephone interview 2: More in-depth but quite frankly I wasn’t given much of a chance to talk, it felt more like the job was being sold to me *after nearly two weeks* Virtual interview: Speaking with someone that wouldn’t be my superior, just a coworker in a different department. It was pretty casual, but nice to get a feel for the team. *two more weeks later, and started to get annoyed* Another virtual interview with my would-be supervisor: Felt redundant to another interview at this point and it was really just to let me know I had another interview coming up with the president. A THIRD virtual interview: With the president. He asked some super inappropriate questions: my age, if all I wanted was money, and what was the largest salary I made at any job I’ve held. I left feeling like I had no chance and discriminated against after nearly three months in the process. Then I just never heard back. I was completely ghosted after MONTHS of interviews and being told they were strongly leaning towards me. I usually never leave reviews but months later I still feel bitter about it so I thought I should let others know if you’re seeking a job here- maybe don’t waste your time because they will definitely waste yours with promises of a great work environment, great pay, etc- only to ghost you.
