Very informal, relaxed and enjoyable. Firstly started with group ice breakers, activities and speeches from current TUI employees, which was very interesting. After we would then be taken for a private interview and asked questions.

I had my interview online. The interviewer was really friendly and helpful, I felt comfortable during the whole interview. It took about 30 minutes and the questions were usual, like why did I apply for this role or how did I deal with difficult situations in my previous positions.
