Rating for three applications: First one: after finished vocational trainind and university: they told me I would not have enough experience and they would not have a budget for travel expenses... A few years later, second one: meanwhile international experience but they told me I would become pregnant. Another few years later, third one: I am with over 40 too old for the company and they have not the salary budget for such old persons. Funny company but I can not take them serious because they hire a medical doctor, which was over 10 years out of his business, for their cruise line. Note: If you ever receive a rejection of this company, they save your name and it is a waste of time to send this narrow-minded and old-fashion company an application again. Maybe meanwhile you are too old for them.
