Pretty straightforward process, however from start to finish has taken quite a long time.
About 2 weeks after applying I was invited to a telephone interview which was very short, I was probably asked about 4 simple questions, and about an hour later received an interview to tell me I was successful. The next stage was then a recruitment day which wasn't taking place for another two weeks and would take two and a half hours of my time, and was on a Friday evening.
The recruitment day consisted of some simple maths questions such as working out £ to € etc. This was followed by a group activity where we were given 15 scenarios and we had to put them in order of importance individually and then discuss as a group. Those who were successful then went on to 1:1 interviews.

Entrevista
Really professional yet friendly interview, made to feel at ease immediately. Questions were the standard interview questions but you could delve further too. All my questions were answered immediately and progression within the company was encouraged.
