Good, thorough process, however quite robotic and not tailored to interviewee. Could have adapted interview questions to suit the need of interviewee. Mentioned about giving an example from school or college. I am 34. Its been a whilst since in those environments. So I think it was not a personal interview. Maybe a decision had already been made before I entered the room.

The airline is more run down, no money put into their onboarding, senior managers just leaving with no announcements. It shines through in the interview process that this airline is heading (if not already) in the direction Monarch found themselves

It was an online interview and took about 45 minutes. Two HRists asked me about my previous experiences, motivation, further plans, and expected salary. We also discussed possible training possibilities and logistics.
Easy assessment online and then virtual and face to face interview with hiring manager asking questions to test confidence customer service experience personality passion and smartness normal documentation before joining
