Prior to the interview you will do a series of assessments like typing, personality and computer simulations of the workplace. Very easy if you have been in a call center before. Arrived to the interview and had previously done the assessments at home. The recruiter was new but very nice he had a senior recruiter shadowing him during the interview and informed me of it. Standard interview questions about previous jobs and times of difficult and easy experiences I had at them and what made me qualified for the job. We also discussed pay, benefits, growth opportunities and the company. After the interview they disccused the decision and then informed me of an employment offer I accepted and i filled out most of the paperwork there and informed of start date and location of training.
