The was none. Literally no interview. I was told that I was having an appointment set for an interview. When I arrived, I was told to wait in a room where about 12 other people eventually gathered. The "interviewer" was about 30 minutes late. It ended up being a welcome session or orientation type deal. Not a single question was asked of any of us the entire time we were there. She went over what it covered and told all of us when to bring in our IDs. After working there for a while, I learned 95% of what the "interviewer" said about what the position involved was a lie.

The interview process was very professional, and there was room for questions. The recruiter was very warm and informative. The entire process was explained from beginning to end. I can't speak for others, this is my own perception of the process.
