starts with a phone call which moves to a interview which moves to a group panel interview asking the same question to each person and then moves forward to you getting another interview or email to as to when training would start and get your welcome packet

what is something you went above and beyond for a customer or party in your history of customer service?
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Entrevista
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
