The selection process has only one stage (interview), very simple. The interview was conducted by a woman from HR and my potential future teamleader, who was supposed to test my language skills in my native language (the rest was in English). They made me feel very relaxed from the beginning, and even though I lost internet connection for a while, they were absolutely cool with it. There were no tricky questions and everything went very smoothly and lasted for about 40 minutes.
