I do believe I completed an assessment that asked questions about my understanding of technology. This was worded differently but for instance, "What is a URL?". There was a virtual inbound call simulation that tested typing and ability. That assessment was completed from home before going in. I went to the Duluth office to apply during a time they were inviting people to do so. I interviewed that day in a round table setting with 5 other people. We were asked situational questions and questions to describe ourselves. There seemed to be no wrong answers. We were all offered the job that same day. You find out the schedule and expectations that day.
