It took about 1 week from me filling out an application to be contacted to schedule a phone interview. Then I had to miss the interview so it took about 1 month for me to be rescheduled! Then, it took about 1.5 weeks to get an email regarding an offer call. I am starting 3.5 weeks after my offer call. The interview was conducted online via Zoom and it was a group interview with about 9 other people.
