I was contacted by a recruiter, passed a phone screening, an online behavioral and logic test, a motivation letter in the target language.
The recruiter and the panel were very professional and approachable. I'm sure I would enjoy working there, although company culture was the given reasons of my rejection. I had a very good experience overall.
IQ type of quiz at first stage
second stage role play over phone
third and last stage was a role play with the hiring manager, plus questions about your CV etc
