I had no interview since I was already licensed for health insurance sales. They had me fill out an online profile, same day drug test, then I went right into training the next day!easiest interview ever. Been there for about a year now. Some positions require unpaid license training first but then you get a bonus after the initial product training. About $300 bonus.

It was like a sales pitch from a used car salesman, but in group format. Then they asked if we wanted a job-we all said yes, and we all filled out employment paperwork in the same room.
