Emailed to join a live web conference on Zoom. Host did a roll call. Explained what the job would consist of and how many hours and days. Informed us of the pay per hour. Asked each of us to post in chat our name and if we accept this offer.
Asked each of us individually why we feel we would fit in a work at home position.

Online exam if you pass you will be called for initial interview and then final interview. The online exam is easy but when I take the initial interview unfortunately I didn’t pass T-T

It was ok, the interviewer just started speaking spanish instead of english, since it was a bilingual campaign. He asked about myself, why should i get hired, how do you see in 6 months, and that he was about to give me the chance of working there since my english was not good at all.
