Fairly relaxed, first contact was made through Jobmine at Waterloo, we exchanged a couple of emails then had a formal interview.
The engineers there are very knowledgeable in the area of train engineering and mechanics, definitely brush up on terms used and mechanical systems used for braking and propulsion.
AutoCad is used extensively there.
