For the first interview, I was picked up by a shuttle from the refinery area and taken to F22, where I first completed English and personality tests*2. After that, I was scheduled to have an interview with the supervisor. The department was the Photolithography Department. The supervisor was quite nice. After I submitted my résumé, the supervisor started chatting with me, then asked some stress-related questions. Afterward, I could also ask some questions about things I read online. The conversation flowed smoothly and comfortably overall, and it was efficient. Once the interview ended, I was free to leave.
For the second interview, it was a remote conversation with HR. It was relaxed and basically consisted of confirming the information from the previous interview form, followed by a chance to ask further questions.
