I had a telephone interview 4 weeks ago and i passed that. I was then invited to a interview which was last thursday. I recieved a call to say i got the job. In my opinion the telephone interview was more intense than the face to face where it was more of a experience chat.
I have today recieved a phone call . With working in a bank it is understandable that they need rmployees with good credit.
As i did have issues about 2 year ago my credit check TSB done as part of their vetting procedures has meant they have had to decline their offer.
They only said it was due to adverse credit issues. I am gutted but i never had the option to justify any issues ive had with credit.

Was a phone interview, very textbook. Not much room or reason for real world answers. Very much after rehearsal of same tired lines as a tick box exercise. Dont stray or you wont get the offer, unless of course youd rather work somewhere more ambitious, in which case, dont bother in the first place.

Can't remember exact wording of questions but were all associated with random lack of context apparent problem solving. Again, no real world answers please, just rehearse your jargon so we can move onto face to face interviews.

After you applied one of the HR staff will contact you and ask you to be prepared for the interview.
They will give you the questions and ask you to record your answers. There were about 10 questions and each will give you 1 min to prepare.

Entrevista
It's a smooth interview and they were very nice, even gave me feedback at the end of how I can improve. Didn't get the job at the end, but it was worth the time.
