Leading up to my interview, I was in communication with various people for months and it was slow or non-existent at times, partially due to COVID-19. But they did follow up with me and finally schedule an interview. I met the team, everyone practiced safe procedures, and were very clear about what the job entailed. I appreciated the honesty of the high stress and some unpredictability that was explained to me about the position. I did get the sense that the team was much smaller than I had anticipated and that there were some possible challenges with balancing workload with staff.
