Overall the process took 5 weeks with minimum gaps for the scheduling of the next iteration. - Recruiter Screen - Hiring Manager Screen - Tech Screen - Take Home Assignment - Final stage / Team Interviews: - THA Presentation & Review (60') - Stakeholder Interview (60') - Recruiter Catch up (15') The process had two technical screenings, one in "Tech Screen" and one in "THA Presentation & Review". Althought that was a lead position the interviewer were much less senior.
