I got contacted by phone by a couple of recruiters from the company and asked where I am located. Then I was asked a couple of questions. Then contacted again to arraign for an interview.

1. Phone interview: Easy and general questions. Describe your current position, what salary you are hoping for, and are you willing to work outdoors.
2. Video interview: Talk about yourself, why you want this job, have had a disagreement with a coworker, and how did you deal with your disagreement.

Entrevista
The interview process was pretty easy and straightforward. It began with a background check, followed by two rounds of interviews. I spoke with two supervisors who were both super nice and welcoming. The first interview was more general, focusing on my background and personality. The second interview was more technical, involving questions about relevant skills and problem-solving scenarios. Overall, the process felt smooth and comfortable.
The interview process was good. I had a really amazing conversation with the recruiter. I felt no pressure at all through out the interview. The interview went for 30 minutes

Spoke about the xp. The interview was quite dry and I did not feel I wanted to work in this environment. It was short and felt weird, so by the end of the interview I did not want to work for them and looks like they did not want me either.
