Initial interview. Follow up interview. Job offer. The first one was very formal with 2 HR directors. Second interview was the supervisor getting a feel for how I would fit in.

How do you feel you will contribute to the company's culture?
it's a easy process then you have to go to a week training pass the insurance test then start another week of training once your actually job begins then a month process of answering phones before you really start
It was a mass hiring event starting in about June where I waited about 1.5 hours before an interview in a room with the other potential candidates. The actual interview was very basic with nothing about me as a person.

Entrevista
Consisted of two phone interviews. One with recruiter and the other with hiring manager. Once selected I was enrolled into a pre license course and it was paid for. Including getting my insurance license.
