I had a job interview with TPG that started with a call from HR, which went well. I was then sent an invitation for an online catch-up with the hiring manager. However, when I joined the meeting, I was surprised to see two other people present, rather than just the hiring manager as indicated in the invitation. One of the interviewers began asking me many questions without a proper introduction or providing any explanation about the role and what they were looking for. When it came time for me to ask questions and learn more about the role and the company, she abruptly stated that she was in a rush and needed to leave for another meeting. I was taken aback by this experience and found it to be disorganized and rude.
