Standard first round HR phone screening, then followed by technical+behavioral interview with 2 managers. One of the managers pretty much scoffed at my answers. I mean, it's only a graduate that they are hiring. Regardless the position and experience level, this is very unprofessional, and I wouldn't want to work with someone like that. I withdrew my application right after the interview. Furthermore, I provided feedback and the TA reached out stating that they care and wanted to discuss more. I made time for her and then she just never contacted me again. The whole experience says so much about the company and the culture.
