I was approached by a friend who is also currently working for the firm. I sent my resume and i interviewed within a week. I met with one of the principals and other senior managers and the interview was very friendly but with point blank questions about my experience and my goals. I showed my portfolio and was able to express my reason to apply.

There were a couple rounds of interviews and a couple people came to each one. I had done some research on staff and management before the interview, but it would have been helpful if they introduced themselves and their role in the firm during the interview and how I'd interface with each of them after I was hired.
