I was interviewed 2 rounds for TV web solution Round 1 : Programming : Interviewer was friendly and clearly explained questions and answered all my queries Round 2 : System Design : Senior Architect expected I answer her the way she thought is the only correct approach. I felt no much flexibility being considered. I was informed that due to budget concerns position was later filled internally. When I observed their interview schedule being very delayed for each round I thought I was back-up plan if offered candidate doesn't join.
