Applied online. Had to do a 45 minute test like 4 x for each job applied. Why don’t they get candidates to do 1 test, and apply it to all jobs applied. After 45 minutes, I submitted the test. I continue to get emails that test wasn’t done and there’s no Unsubscribe button So I get a call for a screening interview. Person shows up 20 minutes late. I had another interview with two people who asked very abrupt questions telling me I overqualified. Overall, a very disappointing and disorganized interview process. Then I get solicited on LinkedIn to apply for a job. I never heard back from anyone.
