They first call you and explain the position, also you get all the information on the hours, requirements and salary from the start, then you have a video interview where you answer questions in English and in the additional language you are supposed to use in your work. Then if you pass you get the tests, it’s English general test, computer knowledge and typing test. If you pass you get the offer and confirmation that you got to the training course.

Entrevista
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
