Back office process: HR round, typing test, OPS round.
HR round is very easy. There are some basic questions which every recruiter asks which I have mentioned below.
Criteria for passing typing test: 30 WPM with 95% accuracy.
OPS round: I have mentioned questions below which were asked to me in the OPS round. Though it is completely work from home, you need to come to office for a drug test and system (desktop) collection. After that all the trainings and on the job process are done from home.
Note: Be sure ask about the PLI (Performance Linked Inectives) section in your offer letter as some people do not know about this additional incentive in this specific process that is Back office (BKFS) process.

It was normal and quite interview style everything was well. I am aware with the culture to do and I share my own review while the higher authorities was not well They are just there to pissed the employees and tease them.

Entrevista
The first round will be a Zoom meeting call with someone from the HR team. After that, you also need to attend another Zoom call within a few days of the first one, and this time it will be attended by either the ops manager or TL. They will question why you left your current company. Tell me about a good or bad thing about your previous management and a few other stars, so you need to be well versed in all of these things

It was simple and sufficient enough to check candidates' potential.
Core training is a bit unnecessary as you have already checked the Candidate’s Communication during the interview. So they should chuck that part.
