I went there around 11 am and it took around 7-8 hours to finish. 1st round is general introduction. 2nd round is another interview. 3rd round is assessment and final round is documentation. Then the training period is there.

The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal
